It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Wade Beckner of Moody, Texas, who passed away on April 25, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, James Beckner and Eva Beckner; his sisters, Shannon Curry (Mike), Kathy Albright (Marvin) and Patty Armstead (Kenneth); his nephew Garrett Ortiz (Rachel); and his nieces, Stephanie Latham, Krystin Norman (Josh), Jennifer Stepp (John), Desiree Olson (Jeff) and Amande Lynn (John). He is also survived by 14 great nieces, and nephews, many family members and good friends.
