She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodroe Oxley and Mavis Oxley (Williams); and her siblings, Jeanette Oxley Sullivan and Robert Oxley. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Harlan Desjardins, Patrick Harlan and Kenneth Harlan; her grandson Andrew Desjardins; and her brother Mike Oxley. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
