She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Virgin and Patsy Lundry Virgin; her husband Robert Garner; her children, Matthew Kirby of Moody and Lee Neal of Bartlett; and her siblings, Michael Weston of Brookland, AR., Shari Bates of Williford, AR. and Debbie Rudesill of Jonesboro. She was also cherished by two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
