She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Forsythe and Bertha Forsythe; her brother Wilber; and her pets, Tuffi, Sam, King, Nikki and Missy.
She is survived by: her husband John D. Tosh of Moody, Texas.; her siblings, Donna Senter (Richard), Roddy (Sheron) and Paul Forsythe (Brenda); her sister-in-law Marge Forsythe; and her close friend Rusty. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
