It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cora Bounds of Moody, Texas, who passed away on October 5, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cora Bounds to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Tolkmitt and Ruth Wharton Tolkmitt; and her husband Sherman Bounds. She is survived by: her children, Danny Bounds (Rosanna), Sherrell Jo Keeton (Dean) and Jesse Bounds (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Christi Manning, Michelle Guthrie, David Bounds, April Payne, Vanessa Bounds, Krystal Bounds, Emily Bounds, Beth Bounds and Chance Bounds; and her sisters, Rose Brown of The Grove, TX, Gayle Hayse of Axtel, Mavis Shafer of Davilla, TX and Joi Leinhart of Gatesville. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 4 great, great grandchildren.
