She was predeceased by: her parents, Goldie Thibodeaux Alexander and Lester Alexander; her husband Rene Patout, Sr.; and her son Lester Patout. She is survived by: her children, Rene Patout, Jr. (Debbie), Yvonne Patout Trapani, David Patout (Celia), Douglas Mark Patout (Tina), Mary Celeste Patout Boyd (Keith) and Scott Patout; and her siblings, Charles Alexander (Darlene), Charlotte A. Lazaro and Frankie Landry. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Evangeline Funeral Home of New Iberia (314 E St Peter St, New Iberia, LA 70560). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
