He is survived by: his father Tom Surkamer of Inverness, FL; his children, Timothy Surkamer (Cammie) of Earlville, IL and Susan Surkamer; his granddaughter Sylvie Tylor Hazel (Tina Jo) of Chicago, IL; his daughter Katie Surkamer of Montgomery, TX; his brother Jason Surkamer (Alicia) of Woodridge, IL; and his nephew Andrew Saul of Montgomery, TX..
