Sandra Sue Shumaker Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Sue Shumaker (Montgomery, Texas), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Sandra Sue departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Sandra Sue. Though Sandra Sue may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Henry and Corda Patterson; and her parents, Pauldean Connell (Helen Patterson) and Raymond Connell. She is survived by: her husband William "Fritz" Shumaker; her daughter Deana Connell-Born (David) of Spring, TX; and her grandsons, Taylor Born and Hunter Born of Spring, TX. She is also survived by numerous step-children, grandchildren, great greatchildren and friends.
