He is survived by: his siblings, Jim (Earlene), Chuck (Margie) and Susan Lewis (Greg); his stepson Tommy Miller; his stepgranddaughter Jami Miller; his nephew Steve Britt (family: Jake Lewis); his nieces, Melissa Andros (family: Angie Picazo) and Jennifer Britt; his sister-in-law Joyce Platt; and his friends, Sid and Sharon Hazlett.
