He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Blair and Doris Blair. He is survived by: his significant other Beverly Blair; his daughters, Royceann Smith and April Raines; his son-in-law Mark Raines; and his grandchildren, Rylin Smith, Cali Smith, Brekden Smith, Cade Smith, Macey Raines and Nolan Raines. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlands Methodist Church (2200 Lake Woodlands Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77380).
