As Joe Perry departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joe Perry may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joe Perry leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Millard and Dorothy Millard; and his brother Larry Millard. He is survived by: his wife Penny Tracy Millard; his children, Jordan Estrada (Chris), Carl "CJ" Millard (Felicia), Eric Jefferson (Vickie) and Andrew Jefferson (Sarah); and his siblings, Jack Millard, Les Millard (Angie), Linda Millard and Jamie Millard. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the McNutt Funeral Chapel (1703 Porter Rd, Conroe, TX 77301).
