He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ward and Elba Ward. He is survived by: his wife Diana Ward; his children, Michael J. Ward (Nicole), Benjamin S. Ward (Tiffany) and Melissa Turner; his grandchildren, Courtney Harris, Brittney Carter (Kirk), Brittany Owens, Jacob Harris, Jackie Cobb (Bailey), Mackenzie Ward, Alyssa Ward, Kendall Ward, Kaylin Turner and Karter Turner; his great grandchildren, Sophie Sanquinet, Karson Carter, Rylan Carter, Levi Carter and Addie Owens; and his siblings, Robert Ward (Maryann), John Ward (Sandy) and Charlene Cassidy.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cashner Funeral Home (801 Teas Rd, Conroe, TX 77303). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at the Garden Park Cemetery (801 Teas Rd, Conroe, TX 77303).
