He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ted and Marian Knutson; his great-aunts, Olga Young and Clara Newberg; and his friend Daniel Haugaard.
He is survived by: his cousin Ashley Madison; his parents, Kristen Knutson and Phil Knutson; his sisters, Lauren Bentle (Jace) and Kelsey Knutson; his grandparents, Lila and Joseph Infelise; and his nephew Matthew Bentle. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
