She was predeceased by: her husband James F. O'Hare; her parents, Ralph Polfer and Alice Polfer; and her brother Gene (Freida Polfer) of Spring Hill, KS.. She is survived by: her brother Roger Polfer (Joyce) of Austin, CO; her sons, Sean Kelly O'Hare of Chapel Hill, NC, Daniel Patrick O'Hare (Annette) of Porter, TX and Timothy Joseph O'Hare (Pam) of Conroe, TX; her grandchildren, Haven, Patrick, Casey, Connor, Amanda, Valerie and James; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Amelia, Bennett and Ava.
