He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomas Gomez and Guadalupe Gomez; and his brothers, Federico Gomez, Tomas Gomez and Ruben Gomez.
He is survived by: his wife Elida Gomez; his sons, Eddie Gomez (Minne), Adan Gomez (Mary), Esteban Gomez (Eva) and Ramiro Gomez, Jr. (Zulema); and his brothers, Ramon Gomez (Rosario) and Ernesto Gomez (Bertha). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
