He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Emerson and Betty Emerson (Requardt); his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Emerson and Judith Ann Emerson; his father-in-law Joseph White; and his niece Courtney Lee White.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Emerson of Montague, TX; his son Les Emerson of Kentucky; his brother Walter Lee Emerson of Montague; his mother-in-law Jean White of Irving, TX; his siblings-in-law, Roger White, Jordan Ganitoen of Irving and Laura White of Princeton, TX; and his nephew Trevor White of Irving. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and many friends.
