He is survived by: his brother Conley Williams; and his children, Ceseley Ann Espinoza, Tiffany Lee Brown, Kerrie Jo Williams and Robert Keith West. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchildren, as well as extended family.
