He is survived by: his wife Patricia Riley; his sister Kathy Riley McComb; his children, Cliff Riley, Shannon Folsom (Kenneth) and Shelly Hudgins (Gary); his grandchildren, Kayla May (Jordan), Macenzie Dampier (Derrek), Mason Hudgins (Savannah), Mckade Hudgins (Julia) and Claire Riley; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Zachary and Landon.
