She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Stephens and Anna Lou Stephens; her husband James Herfurth of Newport Kentucky; her brother Douglas Stephens; and her nephew John Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Herfurth, Jennifer, Sharon Richard, Bobby, Gina Wallace and James; her grandchildren, Nicholas Cearley, Colter Culwell and Iris; her great grandchildren, Samantha, Caryn, Dotty, Raylan and Leo; her goddaughter Paula Wallace; her nephew Ronald Stephens; and also, Janet Dodd and Ken.
