He is survived by: his children, Brenda Whitmire, Lisa Wilburn, Ronnie Fregia and Cyndi Herrington (David); his siblings, Curtis Fregia (Alma Jo), Bill Fregia (Nita), Kenny Fregia (Sharon), James Paul Gaston (Ellen), Joyce Tanton and Dorothy Ann Fregia; his grandchildren, Joshua Bush (Nat), Jenny Moidel, Kevin King (Tabitha), Korie Fregia, Brandi King, Randal Fuller, Ryan Herrington and Bryce Hicks (Shane); and his close friend Betty Henderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
