We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Cecil Carlisle (Mont Belvieu, Texas), born in Eastland, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Cecil Patrick "Pat" Carlisle; his parents, Lillie Carlisle and Leonard Carlisle; his stepfather Alvin Harris; his half-brother Weldon Harris; and his stepsiblings, Leon, Albert, Lenora and Mary.
He is survived by: his daughters, Virginia Ruth "Ruthie" Weick (Jay), Suzanne "Suzie" Elwanda Elmore (Jeff) and Michal "Miki" Cecile Fletcher (Jerry); and his spouse Elwanda Williams Carlisle. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, numerous Great-Grandchildren, and Great-Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Veterans Honoring Veterans on behalf of Cecil Carlisle and mailed to Viegut Funeral Home for collection.
