He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Baty and Fran Baty; his wife Ryan Baty; his children, Hunter and Addyson; his brothers, Thomas Baty III (Lydia) of Vidor and Jason Baty (Mellissa) of Houston; his nieces, Alexis Baty, Emily Baty and Kambrie Leger; and his mother-in-law Ladonna Cagnon of Huntsville.
