He is survived by: his former wife Hazel Mitchell; his siblings, Luther Willis (Shag), Melissa Paige Jackson and Lenora Adams; his son Willie James Willis Jr. (Stacy); and his stepdaughters, Oleta Robinson-Rollie, Daisy Russell (Billy), Bertie Montgomery, Teresa M Willis (Tommy) and Ramona White. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
