He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Secundina, Secundino Aguilar, Juan and Enriqueta Talavera; and his aunt Angela Aguilar Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his parents, Juliana Aguilar Talavera and Alberto F. Talavera Sr.; and his brothers, Alberto Talavera Jr., Luis Angel Talavera, Joshua, Brandon Talavera and Raul Talavera (Rosemary Talavera). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
