He was predeceased by: his parents, Garvin Grant Passmore, Sr. and Edna Jewel Foster Passmore; and his brothers, Garvin, Jr. and Dean. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Tom Passmore, Jr. (Kim), Paige Halphen (David), Katie Coultress (George) and Mike Passmore (Kim); his grandchildren, Tregg Passmore (Summer), Todd Passmore (Stephanie) and Crystal Ice (Noel); his daughter Vickie Armstrong (David); his grandchild Erin Jordan (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Finley, Davis Halphen, Annabelle, Violet Coultress, Hayden, Harrison, Heath Passmore, Wyatt, Reagan, Sydney Passmore, Hunter, Taylor, McKenzie Orona and Beckham Ice. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
