She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Belle Whitehead and Dean Whitehead; and her brother Mike Whitehead. She is survived by: her husband Geary Chadic; her children, Lori Michaud (Zachary) of San Antonio, Texas, Dean Chadic (Bernadette) of Monahans and Michael Chadic (Gina) of Alexandria, Virginia.; and her sisters, Linda Moore of El Paso and Debbie Caldwell (John Ed) of Port Lavaca. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
