He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmira Nelson Wallace and Horace Thomas Wallace Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Minnie Wallace; his children, Pamalea J. Allen Wallace of Dallas and Kevin Wayne Allen Wallace of Dallas; and his siblings, Louise Pearl of Fort Worth, Irene Lee of Fort Worth, Clyde Wallace (Linda) of Albuquerque and Horace Thomas Wallace Jr. of California. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren along with, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends.
