She was predeceased by: her father Antonio Calzada Sr.; her husband Richard Hernandez; her brother Antonio Calzada Jr.; and her grandchildren, Melissa Ann Cruz, Chassidy Lilani Ramirez and James Roger Cruz.

She is survived by: her mother Edelmira Coronado Calzada of Sanderson; her sister Yolanda Connelly of Sanderson; her children, Carlos Ricardo Cruz of Monahans, Beatriz Elizabeth Cruz of Monahans, Anna Maria Romo-Salazar of Monahans, Alejandro Romo Jr. of Odessa, John Andrew Romo of Monahans and Amanda Ann Cruz of Monahans; and her grandchildren, Carlos Ruben Cruz Jr., Anthony Cruz, John Michael Adauto, Angela Renee Adauto, Ashley Nicole Adauto, Victoria Nikole Salazar, Delena Gabriella Truex, Damion Kane Franco Romo, Ysolina Raylyn Franco Romo, Analyn Fe Franco Romo, Alejandro Odessa Franco Romo, Arissa Maria Romo, Jessamy Amarissa Ramirez, Karizma Cruz Ramirez, Guillermo Ramirez Jr. and Milani Sofia Ramirez. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
