He is survived by: his wife Hortencia Nieto; his sons, David Nieto and Jorge Nieto Jr.; his brothers, Manuel Polanco and Jesus Manuel Nieto; his brother-in-law Hector Venegas; and his godchildren, Guadalupe Nieto and Daisy Venegas. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces/nephews, and friends.
