With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel Louise Ramsey of Monahans, Texas, born in Austin, Texas, who passed away on May 1, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Mason Moore and Rena Bell Record (Howard Ramsey Jr.); her children, Joyce Marie Roy, Ethelene Ramsey Jean-Louis, Minister Bruce Ramsey Sr. and Michael Wayne Ramsey; and her siblings, Anna Dear Means, Charles and Leslie Moore.

She is survived by: her children, James Earl Ramsey, David Lee (Wanda) of Denver, Howard Ramsey III (Rosa) of Houston, Pauline Bequette, Carolyn Harris of Henderson, Alberta Louise Cartwright, Barbara Kay Covington (Richard) of Monahans, Kenneth Juan (Jana) of Sweetwater and Kathy Paxton (Chuck) of Georgia. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
