With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cinda Bryer of Monahans, Texas, born in Uvalde, Texas, who passed away on July 11, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Shipman and Paulina Shipman (Larry Bryer); and her brother Elbert Shipman. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Cagle (Lance) of Monahans and Shannon Bryer of Monahans; and her siblings, Arvel Shipman (Betty) of Camp Wood and Sally Spurrier (Doug) of Clyde. She is also survived by her four grandsons, two great-granddaughters, and many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
