She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Clemath Cowell and Addie Louise Smith Cowell; her former husband Claud Clayton Harkey; her husband James Locker; her grandchildren, Gregory Sisk and Jennifer Harkey; her brothers, C. C. 'Pete Cowell (Ann), Lee Cowell (Joanna) and Billy Cowell; and her brothers-in-law, Brooks Myers and Wilbur Lindeburg.
She is survived by: her sisters, Marion Myers of Friendswood, TX and Gladys Lindeburg of Hondo, TX; her sister-in-law Betty Cowell of Alpine, TX; and her children, Susan Dunn of Midland, TX, Mary Harkey of Monahans, TX and Jim Harkey (Judy) of Atoka, OK. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
