He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin L. Blum and Bernadette Blum. He is survived by: his siblings, Gordon Blum (Camilla) of Monahans, Patrick Blum (Elizabeth) of Kingsland and Theresa (Greg Fitzgerald) of Midland. He is also survived by 5 nieces and 2 nephews.
