He was predeceased by: his father James E. Bukowski Sr.; and his sister Karen. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy (Melissa Bukowski), Benjamin Bukowski, Jason (Meg Bukowski), Kendall (Darryl Zornes), Michael (Alyssa Gutierrez) and Daniel Gutierrez; his grandchildren, Brittany, Timothy, Savannah, Daphne, Alejandro, Alora, Corbin, Aiden, Austin, Darryl, Jonah, Lenora and Mikayla; his mother Jackie Parr; and his siblings, Jimmy Jr., Cindy and Michelle.
