It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Lee Carter of Missouri City, Texas, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, S. L. Carter and Cleo Carter; his son Ronald Lee Carter Jr.; and his grandson Kevin Moers. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Carter; his sister-in-law Nola Ohler; his daughter Tiffany Ballinger (Wes Ballinger); his granddaughter Trina Moers (Ron Moers); his great grandchild Rikki Elliott (Mike Elliott); his grandchildren, Logan Ballinger (Sinead) and Amy Moers; his great grandchildren, Spencer Jack Tull and Violet Hoefar; and also Carla Rush (Paul Rush). He is also survived by Dad/Pops.
