Karen McElligott Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen McElligott (Missouri City, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2024 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Karen McElligott to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Easterling and Ethel Easterling (Jones); her former husband Steven Perlman; and her siblings, Ruth Willis, James Easterling, Raymond Lee Easterling and Clarence Easterling.

She is survived by: her husband Jack McElligott; her children, Scott Newman Perlman, Erin Ayers, Shawn McElligott and Patrick McElligott; her sisters, Mary Wilcoxon of Ironton and Ida Keaton of Hutchinson Island, Florida; her grandchildren, Cody, Connor, Elizabeth Ayers, Olivia and Paige McElligott; and her nieces and nephews, Rayetta Waldo and Brent Wilcoxon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to First United Methodist Church in Missouri City (fumcmc.org), Elizabeth's Leukemia & Lymphoma Society campaign beginning January 9th (https://events.lls.org.), or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (t2t.org).
