He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave McQueen and Rufie McQueen; his former wife Loretta; his daughter Patti; his grandson John; and his sister Carol.
He is survived by: his brother David; his wife Paula; his daughters, Donna and Jodi; his sons-in-law, Randy, A. J. and Jason; his granddaughters, Krystal, Jessi (David), Sarah (Justin), Brie and Allison; his stepchildren, Pam, JoBeth (Dale) and Billy; and his grandchildren, Cody, Francis, Ivy, Kelly (Brock) and Chris. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
