She was predeceased by: her parents, P. C. Mathew and Saramma Mathew; and her husband Thomas Mathai. She is survived by: her children, Sosamma and Mathew; her son-in-law Koshy; her grandchildren, Andrew and Sofia; and her siblings, Mary, Aleyamma, Chacko and Sosamma. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their children, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Immanuel Mar Thoma Church (12803 Sugar Ridge Blvd, Stafford, TX 77477). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery (12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077).
