In the sacred silence of farewell, Ruben is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ruben's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his mother Adela Flores. He is survived by: his siblings, Elva Carrales Botello and Ernesto Carrales. He is also survived by 2 nieces and 1 grandniece.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Virgil Wilson Mortuary- Mission Tx (2200 N Conway Ave, Mission, TX 78572). A rosary was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (620 N Dunlap Ave, Mission, TX 78572). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Valley Memorial Gardens (3611 N Taylor Rd, Mission, TX 78573).
