He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnulfo Pena and Christina Evelyn Deckard. He is survived by: his wife Maria Elena Garza; his siblings, Betty Gene Thomas, Jane Evelyn Flores, Mary A. Pena, Hilda Salinas, Roberto Pena and Rogelio Pena; his children, Rory Pena, Roxanne Pena and Lisa Pena; his siblings, Sandra Lea Pena Montez and Joe Paul Pena; and his niece Carla Ann Flores. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
