He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Gene Duffield and Geraldine Elmira Rogers; and his stepson Timothy William Meredith of Arkansas. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Osier Duffield; his stepdaughter Melissa Meredith of Arkansas; his son Shane Duffield of Washington State; his grandchildren, Spencer and Sheridan Duffield of Iowa; his great grandchildren, Aria Rose and Nova Mae Duffield of Iowa; and his half-siblings, Deb Jolley (Riley), Linda, Tina Courtney, Mike Duffield, Joe Duffield and John Duffield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and several stepchildren.
