He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Frank Bradley Wisner. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Wisner; his wife Stella Wisner; his daughter Laura L. Wisner; his grandson Bryce Bradley Cowden; his sons, Robert Eli Wisner and Jonathan L. Wisner; and his siblings, Bradley Wisner, Alice Wisner Flores (Arnold) and Linda Wisner Marroquin.
