He was predeceased by: his sister Shirley Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Boyink; his children, Mike Boyink (Crissa Boyink), Terry Boyink (Jenny Boyink) and Christine VanderWall (Paul VanderWall); and his brother Larry Boyink (Patricia Boyink).
