He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Butcher; his children, Richard Butcher (Kim), Twila Walters (Jeffrey) and David Butcher (Paula); his stepdaughters, Sherry Hathaway (Mark) and Cindy Elliott (Rusty); his grandchildren, Jill Saunders (Issac), Cara Luce (Corey), T. R. Stout, Jenny Stout, Korey Walters (Laura), Katherine Walters (Mike Hessler), Matt Riffle, Chris Riffle (Jenna), Austin Elliott, Allie Cooper (Tyler) and Shelby Elliott; and his siblings, James Butcher (Carolyn) and Jerry Butcher (Betty).
