He was predeceased by: his father Macario Garza. He is survived by: his mother Leonor Garza; his siblings, Ruben Javier Garza (Yvette), Mary Ella Garcia (Michael) and Rita Garza Uresti (Antonio); his nieces and nephews, Rita, Michelle, Steven, Anthony, Eric and Charlotte; and his great-nieces, Elle, Allison and Leilah.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Garza Funeral Home (4571 S Farm to Market 1329, San Diego, TX 78384). A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church (203 Santa Rosa De Lima St, Benavides, TX 78341). A burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at the Benavides Cemetery.
