He is survived by: his wife Maria Concepcion Garza; his sons, Raul Garza Jr. (Luisa), Jose Carlos Garza (Noemi) and Eduardo Garza (Jareny); and his grandchildren, Sophie Garza, Alessandra Garza, Olivia Garza and Adriel Garza.
