She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleuterio Sandoval and Micaela Sandoval (Esquivel); her significant other Leonel Duarte; her siblings, Juanito Sandoval, Juanita Rivera, Maria Quintanilla, Simon Sandoval, Benito Sandoval and Cristina Davila; and her nieces and nephews, Simon Sandoval, Jr., Gloria García, Geronimo Rivera Jr., Dora Luna, Gloria Rios and Irene Ortiz.
She is survived by: her brother Celestino Sandoval (Esperanza). She is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews and cousins.
