She was predeceased by: her parents, Jon W. House and Jackie Carley; and her brothers, Trace and Mark House. She is survived by: her husband Jesse Adkins; her children, Jessi Bridgeman, Timothy House, Jeremy Lewis and Jesse Adkins; her granddaughters, Skylar House and Jasmin Lewis; and her siblings, Scott Carley and Beth Parker. She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her name to No Kid Hungry.
