He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Sr. Fraser and Anita Fraser; and his brother Bobby. He is survived by: his wife Linda Scherer; his daughter Veanne; his son-in-law Rudy Torrez; and his sister Linda Smith (Terry).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Speer Memorial Library, Mission, TX or charity of choice.
