He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Michael and Ruth Michael; his daughter Kimberly Hollar (Sid); and his brothers, Charles and Donald Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Michael; and his children, Shauna Arnold (Craig) of Pickerington, OH, Bradd Michael (Sheri) of Lancaster, SC and Brian Michael (Amanda) of Denver, CO. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; as well as numerous other family members and dear friends.
